French Contractions

If you’re a first-time mom, you might be nearing your delivery day with some anxiety. If contractions come regularly every 10 minutes or less rather than intermittently, you may be in preterm labor. In contrast, Braxton-Hicks contractions do not increase in severity over time and are not associated with any change in consistency of the uterus.

Daily calf stretches for a couple weeks followed by weeks of daily squatting would show the effectiveness of the calf stretch in the big picture, but an immediate effectiveness is less likely to occur.
