Reading Your Body’s Signals

Your body starts preparing for labor in advance — as much as a month before you actually give birth. Unfortunately I had a recent visit from the lady of Bad Luck: 4 weeks ago today, I was a passenger of a taxi, and survived a 90mph head-on collision. Here’s a guide to what types of contractions you might experience, what they’ll feel like, and how to tell when it’s time to head to the hospital.

This worked well but I relaxed and contractions slowed down about 10-15mins getting rest and totally pissed off but surrendering to the fact that this labour was not the quick second birth I was hoping for. In my opinion contractions start out like regular menstrual cramps and progress to the worst menstrual cramps ever.
