The Four Component (4COM) Home Repair Loan Program is designed to assist low-and-moderate income homeowners with the repair and /or replacement of the following four major housing components: Roof, Electrical, Furnace, and Plumbing – including sanitary sewer connections. Order services such as an appraisal , title insurance , and flood certification. Owner-occupied property loans are offered at 0% interest and payments are deferred until you sell or move out of the home. The Arapahoe County Weatherization Program provides free services to eligible low income Adams County residents.

The Homeowners Energy Efficiency Loan Program (HEELP) offers loans between $1,000 and $10,000 for specific energy efficiency repairs at a fixed-rate of one percent (1%) for ten years with no prepayment penalties. The funding for these home repair loans comes primarily from grants funded by HUD.
